Nutrition Advice You Can Trust

In our toxic & noisy diet culture, it’s hard to know which “experts” to listen to. We connect you with certified registered dietitians, who specialize in helping you learn to use food to feel better.

Virtual or In Person

We offer both in-person and online appointments with our registered dietitians so you can choose what's best for you.

Frequently asked questions

Why should I see a registered dieitian?

The foundation of good health is nutrition. Registered dietitians help you achieve and sustain your health and wellness goals. They build personalized care plans based on your cultural background, socioeconomic status, medications, lifestyle, and more.

What is the difference between a nutrionist and a dietitian?

Nutritionists don’t need credentials. Registered Dietitians (RDs, RDNs) do. RDs are credentialed professionals who have completed specific coursework and an internship in the field of nutrition. RDs are required to complete continuing education credits every year to maintain their credential.

How many appointments will I need?

Everyone is different! Depending on your diet, goals, and health issues, we'll tailor an individualized approach that may involve meeting with you weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly. This lets us help you in different eating situations throughout the year, like holidays, vacations, and parties. You and your dietitian will figure out the best plan for you.

How much is each appointment?

It depends on your insurance. We currently partner with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, Medicare, and United Healthcare. We also accept out of pocket payments per session, email us at to learn more.

What is a registered dietitian?

A Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD or RDN) is a food and nutrition expert who has completed a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, an ACEND-accredited supervised practice program, and a national examination administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

Will my insurance cover my appointments?
